Dana Murphy is a seasoned attorney with over 15 years of legal experience, including practice in both law firms and in-house legal departments. She earned her J.D. from New England Law | Boston and graduated cum laude from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in History and a minor in Political Science.
Dana spent nearly a decade as in-house counsel for The Vertex Companies, LLC, a rapidly growing, private equity-backed company with an international presence. In that role, she provided strategic legal guidance across a wide range of matters, including litigation and litigation management, contract drafting and negotiation, corporate formation and governance, employment law, and c-suite advisory.
With deep industry insight into the architectural, engineering, environmental, and construction sectors, Dana now offers outsourced general counsel services to companies seeking experienced, practical legal support aligned with their business goals.
